Take a look at the rental situation. If you want to be gold coast way and only want to be slightly bent over, varsity lakes is where all the rentals are.

My point was that if they could actually get 100/40 in the evening, I'd guess at least 50% would go for it for an extra $10. However, the implementation has been a dogs breakfast and it can't...
