You have to plan ahead but it is doable. BA release flights either 354 or 355 days (can't remember which) at midnight UK time (1am UK summer time) and many will be gone within seconds, taken by...

Afraid not - these are the routes with the reduction - Amsterdam, Barcelona, Dublin, Jersey, Lisbon, Madrid, Rome, Nice.
