I'm glad I'm not the only one. I pressed on thinking there might be some relevance to the Australian housing bubble (what this thread is about) and couldn't see anything.

I think the article mentioned a 0.2% increase each year, hence the 350 years.

That's per household (not per person) so it doesn't seem that bad to me. The graph seems to indicate about 60 hours per week which could be one full time and one part time.

I suspect it's going...

Do you not see a problem with using incomes from 2007-2008 and then house price averages from 2009 to calculate disposable income? Doign something like that is just totally silly and makes your...
