Ah bless, my son now thinks he is a big boy, but keeps going missing from the street, and goes off with older boys :scared: .
Ive had to say yes you are a big boy but those boys are too big for you....

My youngest is well excited got school shoes on Monday and his trousers too.
All the other bits i got before the hols started.

Yep im on slim fast but despite intially losing 2 and 1/2 pounds last week. i put on 1pound this week :o
Mind you i didn't get to he gym due to having a bug.

Well done you sound like me i lost loads after my baby went from a size 20 down to 14 took 2 years but last year the weight crept back up.
Off to oz for a visit in Oct and that is my motivation....

Well the kellogs challenge made me put 2lb's on in total which miffed me to say the least.
Well started back on the slimfast plan last week and guess what? i have lost 2 and 1/2lbs well chuffed....

My diet took a nose dive today had a combo platter at the NE meet with hubby was delicious but the diet will start again tommorow.

I got a shock when i did a food chart. I need to get back in track as fingers crossed my hubby and myself might be coming to oz in November. I want to in my jeans by then, instead of trackie bottoms....

Dont give up, ive just been to the gym to try burn extra calories off and i was starving when i got in. Ive just had a packet pf ryvita mini's to tide me till tea time which wont help, but is better...

I know the feeling ive put on 2lb god knows how i went to the gym and swimming last week and apart from the one ice cream and occasional bickkie i have stuck to the diet, as much as possibile. Boo...
