If you are in the US then they'll help with a warrant from police for the information. Otherwise they won't divulge any information about accounts. Read the privacy policies on their website.

Even if someone reports a fraud GoFundMe does nothing unless police get a warrant. The person who set up the fund for my son's funeral stole the money and the police here in Western Australia were...

And just an FYI for those who are saying contact GoFundMe.... GoFundMe doesn't care about why a fundraiser is set up or who uses the money for what. Especially if it's in a country...
