I got GC while on E3 without any issue.. so its not an issue and you can get E3 from any US embassy as long as you are sponsored

yes there have been quite a few ppl who got green card while on E3, i was one of them... i also know ppl who got e3 renewed while their gc was in process.. so it is 100% possible to get gc while...
