Petrol in NJ is usually pretty cheap compared to many other states...because the state gas taxes are low.

State taxes may account for the difference in prices from state to state. In NJ state taxes on gas are fairly low compared to many other states. Saying that...my husband saw gas at $2.18...

You need to get over this side of the river Rete...$2.39 in East Hanover. Hehe my husband proudly got home last night and said he'd filled up at a gas station selling regular for $2.79...I soon...

There was an article on last night's news about this. It's legal to charge more for a credit card transaction if they state it on the price sign.
