OH NO!! A month just for the letter for the bond payment? I had to wait nearly 3 weeks to be asked to lodge the bond... so Im sure they will take just as long to write the letter to say its been...

Hi Jo they took over 2 weeks to contact my sponsor (that was in Darwin). Think they are pretty disorganised up there. Lots of people had theres the same day in other areas! x

Oh great, thanks. I am so releived that all of that part is over - the AOS has been the hardest part requiring the hugest effort of patience. Really feel we are on the home stretch now! phew!...

Cath - who sends the letter to your AOS is it centrelink or DIMA? My aos paid our bond yesterday and i was thinking of emailing the CO to let her know its lodged - as it been over a month and a half...

Our doctor sent the medicals off the next day, and we received by LCU about 5 days later. x
