Would creditor be able to get a CCJ if you'd not told them you're no longer residing in the UK?
I'd say that people who leave debt aren't going to rush to tell creditors where they're moving. So do...

If a creditor gets a CCJ against you in UK, is it not enforcable in Aus? I had been told it was, that's why they sell UK debts to Aussies collectors! :eek:
