You are assuming that there is a monetary correlation between the rental market and the sale market, which there isn't - because of the way that negative gearing works here together with tax benefits...

Once you get your qualifications recognised, from my experience, a good electrician in Melbourne will currently never be out of work and will be able to charge $70 per hour+.

err you can still go to the beach in Melbourne can't you? One of the reasons we chose Melbourne was the ease with which we could live by the beach.

45 mins can be achieved out of rush hour, easy. More like just over an hour in rush hour and depends on which bit of the CBD. Lots of people do it though, including my colleague who sits next to me...
