How about going to weight watchers? Or Rosemary Conley is good if you enjoy excercise, you get an excercise session with her weight loss classes.

Gosh that is a long time isn't it, mind you it's a more complicated op for a reduction isn't it. Will you be ok to fly? I bet you're fed up of wearing plasters!

I'm dreading the start of the school term, I've only got one little un and he starts school properly :( I can't believe at 4 years old some teacher will see more of him than I do :(

I think this lighter life thing is £65 a week :eek: , but you have weekly meetings in a closed group. They provide you with your food I think - I don't know though. :confused: It really goes...

I know they say slow and steady is the way to go but I get sooo bored with slow and steady lol

Sounds just like my two friends, my one friend is a size 8, I've worked with her and she eats loads of crap, I put on about 3 stone while I worked with her and she just got thinner! Eating the same...
