I’m saying try and find work there before you go for mm2h, though in itself that is not easy, but can be done (eg teaching, palm oil etc)

Sarawak has its own funny rules. Some of my staff when transferring from KL to Swk, and transferring west Malaysia employment passes to east Malaysia had to leave Malaysia to get the east Malaysia...

kuhcing is expensive. In Miri and Bintulu you can rent a 3 bed terraced house for 2k/ month. A 6 bed 4 storey semi d costs. 4K/ month (though Aircon bills add another 1k+/month)

Swk doesn’t give a monkeys about Khalwat itself. Though men must still convert theoretically if a woman is Muslim theoretically in order to be married. That said it is conservative Christian as well,...
