sorry he applied to renew his PR card once he arrived back in Canada ,he never lost his PR.

Hi ,
He applied for a new PR as his had expired ,considering he was way shy of the amount of time needed to be in the country to qualify.
He is a very lucky lad to get it renewed.

Hello ,
his PR expired at the end of June so he would have been unable to fly to Canada,that is my understanding on the situation.Reading on other forums people in the same situation have applied...

Very true , he will have 7100 come the end of the year.He needs 7020 to be able to challenge the exam .

As his father I can assure you that he wants to come over , that wasn’t the case 3 years back .He also has never missed a Christmas ,Easter or Summer holidays since we arrived in August 2014.
