We were shocked when we went a month or two ago for half a cow. Previously, their prices were $3.50 per lb.

We sell our lambs for $400 per lamb butchered to your liking. That's when we sell them....

I would suggest that you try to find a local slaughterhouse and buy all your meat from there.

We pay $4 per lb for all of our beef and it doesn't matter whether we are buying mince or the best...

I would imagine that complex carbs would be preferable to simple carbs as a Type II. But those are just as preferable for non diabetics as they would be for diabetics. I honestly cannot see what...

As a Type I diabetic myself, I would love to know what is recommended for diabetics to eat that isn't also recommended for non-diabetics to eat, as I imagine they are the same thing.

It does but in a separate building (as in you must exit one before you can enter the other, you cannot go from one into the other) to the one where you can buy the other stuff.

We bought 2 of these at Costco today. This is what we get most years. They are not frozen but fresh and we freeze them. They are usually gone from Costco long before Christmas.

So why not just buy the number you need, you don't have to buy three, if you only want two?
