Given up trying to sell, we have someone coming on Sunday looking to rent for 12 months, that will be good enough for us and we will be off......fingers crossed.

We are on our third agent but at least we are starting to see some movement now, Hopefully may have an offer this week at the full asking price we have it at now, but that is still 11% down from our...
