We're selling a business seperate from the house. Have had a buyer since December but still haven't exchanged :(

......we have accepted an offer on our house today :D

Yes solicitors fees....you can shop around but we have a family solicitor who always does ours. I know he's quick but probably not the cheapest.

Came back in the afternoon to show her sister.

Feel so sorry for you as unfortunately I know how frustrating this is myself. This has happened four times to us now. Each time local people spend ages looking round the house and then come back...

That's awful.....what a waste of time and money. Does your buyer still WANT to buy your house, if so they may be able to get another buyer soon and get things back on track?
