Gold can't be in a bubble, it's the only "real" money there is. It's priced in $USD an the $USD is in the process of collapsing.

What like the number of people claiming unemployment benefit going down? except the number of people actually "economically inactive" rose i.e. their job seekers allowance ran out and they gave up...

Possibly, but it will always have "value". Look at Argentina in the late 90's. The middle classes got cleaned out by the financial crisis apart from those holding gold/silver and US dollars.

Absolutely, on the dips. Mainly as "protection" rather than necessarily an investment that might make you a huge profit (although I believe it will).

It does create new money. QE doesn't involve literally printing more notes but by purchasing treasuries the central bank literally magics up money out of thin air.

Tories need a very big swing for overall control of the commons. I reckon hung parliament is a real possibility. Followed by a downgrading of UKs credit rating and a spike in interest rates.

True, Gordon Brown is printing cash like a maniac in order to try to win the next election. There can only be one result to this - a weak pound and inflation.
