honestly dont worry at all, i was so scared about my weight for the medical i did mamage to get in the correct BMI but at the very top, but it wasnt even mentioned aslong as your blood pressure is...

we are going out on SIR and we have just got our TRA assesment back (positive). on a total high just been on my sisters scales and they are saying lost another 3 pounds and i have still got 3...

hi just reading all the threads and thought i would jump on board if thats okay. i too go to rosemary conley after a discussion with my leader i promised to eat all my cals to help shift the weight...
