We are currently on catch up with Origin and due to not paying attention to the pool pump timer over an extended period and having a generally inefficient house now have the pleasure of paying...

Have to agree and since becoming citizens and joining in on all this have ditched our house and land package in legoland full of Poms, kiwis, Belgians, Scots, and Bogans in their rentals and moved to...

A 3bed detached on 600sq m is probably the better bet using little a bit of due diligence to whats around you of course

lived in a 70's semi in a "good" area and still think dreary and not good...

For anyone with a mortgage a good dose of annual inflation is a good thing as that mortgage you over extended yourself for will quickly become less and less significant.
