Re: So who's on the NBN?

I'd be interested to know who's commentary they use for the Australian games. Whether it's the same as the Optus feed or a different one.

I've not seen an Australian game via...

Re: So who's on the NBN?

Re: So who's on the NBN?

Re: So who's on the NBN?

Gave up my landline with this new connection as well, as I've not had a phone connected to my modem in at least 2 years. If your MiL is on a mobile plan in the UK she should be able to call an Aus...

Re: So who's on the NBN?

I've taken the plunge and am waiting for the Optus Knick Knacks to turn up to my gaffe.

Re: So who's on the NBN?

Question: Does 5G work better with a NBN backbone or can it work totally independently of being piped back to a NBN/Fibre source?

If it doesn't need the NBN source, doesn't that make the NBN...

Re: So who's on the NBN?

My wife watches a lot of those MKR type shows etc and fills up the box after a while, she's into Aus TV a bit. As for catch up tv, we use that a lot. I wondered what a vampire device was, seen...

Re: So who's on the NBN?

FTTC has just been switched on in our Suburb here in Coburg. I'm not making the jump quite yet, firstly because I want to switch from IInet to Optus because of the better Fetch TV box, plus I have...

Re: So who's on the NBN?

Fetch works properly about 98 pct of the time, Kodi about 50 pct, that's the issue. I'll have to buy a box, if I go to a different provider, Circa 350 bucks.

Blimey even the Chinese knock of early in Melbourne :)

The guys out the front of my place have gone, leaving two crews left. As you can see the pit could hardly be any closer to my existing...

Re: So who's on the NBN?

Re: So who's on the NBN?

Hmm I've got Fetch TV though, which means I may have to test the waters first and give it some thought re purchasing the boxes rather than hiring them.
