congrats on the visa. You probably won't find many with pools. SH is still a fairly new suburb and you will find people who buy houses as investments generally don't put pools in, too much cost and...

lunches north of the river at Mindarie The Boat on Tuesdays at 12 and Hillarys Quay Cafe on Thursdays at 12. Come along if you can.

Your youngest if born between July 1st 2002 and June 30th 2003 will enter pre-primary in 2008. Pre-primary is not compulsory and you have missed the enrollment dates so a lot of schools will be full...
