When is this bubble going to burst anyway? Normally when there's a bubble bursting you see prices plummet.

I'm not really worried about what the govt puts in our CPI. It's all those chemicals that they add to our tapwater to keep us under control, that worries me.

In your post you say that the goverment uses electronic goods to somehow lower the CPI and "offset inflation rises".

Isn't it more accurate to say that...

I don't think your first point really makes sense. There is hardly any effort involved in renting out...

Firstly, there is no evidence to support the claim.

Secondly, it doesn't make sense as an investment. Lets imagine that we're in one...

I just think that you need to stop constantly re-affirming your decision to rent (instead of buy) a property. We understand your point of view, so why do you find the need to constantly justify it?...
