Agreed!

It has taken 4-5 years for a supermarket sign to appear at Al Reef, so thats the sort of time frames you look at here. Al Reef is a happy medium if you are budget constrained, which I am....

Not much going on at Hydra! Might be better off looking at Al reef, which is more established.
