I am based just outside Marbella. My advice now is to buy away from this area if you want value for money. As an example. 2 bed 2 bath in nice area purchased off plan sold last Easter for 320,000...

There are many sharks here and there is a down turn in the market. Please be careful and only use reputable agents. Get a Spanish lawyer who speaks English not the other way round! Everyone and...
