There is a sneaky cop that stands in Derwent park just at the end of the 40 zone during school times, you can't see him until its too late. So far I have manage to play it safe as I drive past there...

Food prices in Tassie are shocking. I could not bleive how much it was going up. I was there 8 months and most stuff had gone up by 50 cents then a dollar (roughly) It's way cheaper in the UK but...

I have a PR visa but i have to work for 2 years to get the restrictions lifted. Been too hard the family being apart. But were all missing Tassie and all that is stopping us is the house not selling....

Thanks for that Cathy. It's amazing how people think so differently. I think people are just plain and simple scared to buy a house in case they drop in price. They may do so, but they will go back...
