Maybe, if you're looking to cash out so you buy a mansion in Moncton but not if you're trying to save enough to get into the housing market.

I agree with you on most of these points however the restaurant scene is mostly enough to satisfy my needs. On the cons you can add the high rents, low rental stock, high priced real estate, poor job...
