I honestly believe the "correction" will be larger than what has been discussed.
Panic selling will push prices lower. The shady people who bought floors at a time to "wash their cash" will sell at...

I think if the properties "corrected" and the massive influx of new releases reduced prices by a significant amount, i could be tempted to buy.

however, it would only be if it was ridiculously...
