Very tempting just spent the morning yelling at the kids to clean up as we had a viewer at 3 (thought wouldn't have to keep doing that but agent recommended us to so we'll see how it goes.

Its very difficult, all our plans revolve around selling.
I have a job too not got a start date but said sept/oct been dragging my heals as once visa issued they wanted me there within 2 months or...

I had got myself rock bottom about the whole thing so haven't been on here much as thought it wouldn't happen.

Hope so Tracey, I know I was beginning to lose heart thinking that it wasnt going to happen.

They are first time buyers too so no chain.

Well after 4months we finally have a buyer!!!!! YES!!!!

back on track now, starting to feel more enthusiastic.

Just to say I am still here still waiting for a buyer, fed up of people coming round!!!

the last one the agent sent hadn't even got their house on the market, so after spending all day...

Since beginning of March, the market is dead at the moment and nothing is moving. I guess its early days still just our plans like many others hinges on selling the house.

Really losing heart with the whole thing today, just wonder if its worth all the stress.

Had a viewer on Tues- feed back was it didnt grab her!! what??? should have got hubby to hide and grab her...

Add us too, been on market about 6 weeks now 2 viewers we need to sell too, to be able to go.

Trying to sell before getting visa, its a risk but one prepared to take.
