I misread that the first time as going to pieces tonight. We are. I am trying to decide whether to pour my bacardi and coke strong, oh my god or neat. I feel another long walk coming on :(

At least they are talking to you. Our buyer's solicitor has now failed to return 6 calls ours have made to them in the last 24 working hours. They must be hiding something :(

After cutting the price on our house by £25,000 to get the sale the movements on FX in the last 3-4 months have cost us another £20,000. :eek: I'd be crying into my beer but I can't afford to buy...

After 6-8 weeks between moving out and flying, no job to get up for, with no mortgage or other bills,staying with the outlaws at the seaside I might decide to stay :D

On Sunday night we sat on the sofa totally fed up that we have only had one viewing in the last few weeks and resolved to move agent in the next couple of weeks even though it would cost £200.

Of our 6 viewers so far the estate agents have told us about 3 of them that they love our house and will probably put an offer in when they sell theirs. In one case they said we have quoted for them...
