Thanks for your reasurring words - and everything you have said makes total sense. It was very unfortunate that the collie chewed through his water bowl but why was this not detected during the stop...

Doubt it - not sure where I got that pic from - I think someone sent me it to reassure me :scared: They have to be IATA approved I think (hope i've got my abbreviations right!)

Hi John

we are using pet travel services in Dunfermline to fly our dog Poppy out to Brisbane - poppy is a border collie x and i'm also so worried about her as border collies can get quite highly...
