I'm the same, not long back from the gym and craving something sweet - usually have a milky way as they are only 4 checks but none left :( So nothing left to do but have a shower then bed!

OMG Kala - 9 lbs is absolutely brilliant well done you! If you keep that up you will be at your target weight in no time! Just a wee tip about not using oil in your stir frys - soya sauce is great...

Hi all just on quickly to report my weekly weight in!

Weight last week 11 stone 6.5lbs
Weight this week 11 stone 5.5lbs

So 1 lb lost this week - only 12.5 lbs to go to target weight of 10...
