Whilst you do make a valid point, CE has been decaying for years and was in effect finished when IC came in. Far better to have a vibrant, sought after golf course that requires a degree of planning...

Thank you. I'm not sure the amount of work required can be a surprise. Negotiations took a long time and I imagine before investing a considerable amount of effort and money in the purchase IC...

I have faith in the IC guys, but turfing a golf course would be a huge undertaking, overseeding is the common practice. Grass is of course a tough plant and the CE fairways need management, proper...

I'll take that at the moment. Much better than 18 holes IC and 0 holes CE . Get this right and it's a foundation for the future. Without it the hotel would remain a hoshell
