Traffic was a bit of a mare between trade center and garhoud bridge so I imgaine RTA signs were directing people elsewhere....although i'm sure the bridge was open - plenty of traffic 'parked' on it....

Where does it say those roads were closed? It says they were 'affected'...and that was probably rubber neckers
