Dubai will follow the same model for a property correction as hong kong in the late 90's. Same deal, overbuilding and government entities involved in market making, which is like walking a tightrope....

Actually, it isn't worth anything until a sale has been realized. You estimate its worth at 950,000, but markets decide worth, not owners. And remember, there are how many exact same apartments up...
