We had 3 cherry tomatoes we were able to pick.. Actually have a few tomatoes and a couple of peppers appearing.

Also had one jalapeno crop up, but that was short lived as the youngest grabbed it...

Could it be, someone had drilled holes in to hang that wire shelving stuff up?

Our old place, had what looked like that stuff taken down as you could see the lines in the wall, and spots along...

Out in Harvard, someone bought a farm as he fancied giving it a go, spent a fortune renovation all the buildings, re-did loads of trees in the orchard but after a couple years...

Home Depot, was not a quiet place yesterday. Swung by to get some cleaning supplies and the place was heaving. They were also out of cleaning supplies.

The smaller cuttings, seem to be sprouting roots, so it seems to be going okay. We'll see.

Home brew, worth starting on a small 1-2 gallon batch, as you can do that with a spag pot and a gallon...

A local farm was binning a huge number of hops, so I was able to get a bunch for free. They're potted and planted, depending on the type and we have old fence posts without a fence, for them to grow...

We had one pea pod with a few peas, pea pod number two got eaten by something in the garden and pea pod number 3 only has one pea in it. We've almost 10 green beans. Something ate a stalk of corn....

Around here, winter ice dams tend to knacker the roof and walls pretty fiercly which apart from storm damage is the main reason they get replaced. That and the weight of snow causes the roofs to flex...

Sketch Up, not worth buying. The rendering is pretty shit, but you can do quite decent models, quite quickly. You can then import the files into Blender, which is a pretty decent, free, 3D package...

I started seeds in a box a couple weeks ago which have been going great. Garden is still a mess but dried out a lot today....just don't have time to do anything with it and transfer the plants yet.

Which over here, works well. Get a late crop, but you can't grow them earlier without a greenhouse really as they'll get hammered in a frost if you bring them outside before middle of April.
