I was starting to suspect as much. Do you know what provinces would likely be any better? His company is massive so has positions in quite a lot of areas. We picked Ontario as we have friends already...

Ah, I think from reading this he wouldn't meet the criteria for the inter company transfer. He'd have to transfer and have the company do the LMIA, which from what I understand isn't cheap, nor a...
