Thx anyway. It is true, there's something undesirable to UK insurance companies about having a US license. I guess we are known to be litigious and not meek consumers.

I was hoping that you could surprise me.....renting is not only a hassle but frustrating as there are about 2 cars sitting outside the apt I would be staying in. But it was my fault leaving the UK 33...

Hello:

I live in the US and am a UK citizen as well as a US citizen. Likely to be returning to the UK as a resident in the next couple of years but until then I return to the UK for shot term...
