Where did you apply from? I'd love to hope that escalation meant something, but it appears more of a delaying tactic. ie appear that we give a damn about the application, but add another timeframe...

Yeah, escalation to them doesn't mean what it means to the rest of us. Getting MP's involved doesn't help much either as they get told that they're not waiting on anything and it's in progress etc....
