hi, its slightly confusing to me because the petition is L1A new office only valid 12 months (before we have to apply for extension) but the visa expiry date is 5 years from now and multiple entries...

My husband recently had his waiver approved via Belfast - took exactly 13 weeks. There were getting processed quicker but according to my lawyer, everything has slowed down since April.

Yes!! we had the exact same, those times mean absolutely nothing until you get to the booking section.

I think the general advice is invaluable, I meant that very often there is conflicting advice so not to take 'everything' as gospel. We are on the same page and I completely agree with what you have...

my husband had his interview beginning of this month in Belfast, The Belfast case status tracker shows they are taking 2 - 2.5 months approx. We will be over the moon if this is still the case!
