I've learned yesterday to disclose everything anyway and I mean to comply with whatever I have to do.
I've learned this by filling out my DS-160 and complying when it said 'disclose everything,...

Thank you and indeed, before I posted on here, I had never even heard of DS-160 for my B-2 that I want..
But now I have my DS-160 and a direction.

No, only while they processed me at the police station in a cell. Released on police bail, got a caution as the result.
It wasn't prison (or jail), it was a holding cell at the station for a couple...

No convictions, just cautions.
I've never had a drugs conviction.

The closest I've had to a conviction of any sort was that fixed penalty for that traffic offence.
