I really don`t believe what your saying and trying to defending first the cost of processing applications was said to be over £200 by comity of MP yet the government may is charging us over £1300 not...

Hi same here still waiting from match too has twice not straightforward ! this is very stressful we all have job to do why they don`t do theirs bunch of bureaucrats
Any idea of what to do guys ?

I Applied in March the 15th non priority still waiting had two email saying not straightforward the second was sent on sunday ! don`t know i thing it`s just automatic messaging system they doing...

I am still waiting from the 15th of march there excuse is my case is not straightforward !
I don`t know what`s that stands for ! I am very upset and my solicitor made mistake of not paying for...

Make sure is 6 month statements not day less and apply priority it`s better trust me

Hi I am in Bristol Uk I applied for Spouse visa on the 15 of March and only received latter like yours saying "your case is`t straight forward and we are unable to decide with in our customer service...
