We arrived on November 1 and we received residency on November 24. I will file a tax return in Spain until November 24 as resident of Spain (worldwide income). As of November 24 I start my tax life...

The Camara in Portimao. They speak english.

Correct! The Camara did not ask how long ago we arrived in Portugal. Went today and it was done in 30 minutes in a super friendly way. We arrived November 1.

The strange thing I read is that when you live in another country until the 1st of December and you ask your RNH as of that date, you will receive the RNH for the whole calendar year. But the country...
