On the email it should state clearly that no other documents are needed other than your passport (mine did anyway). In that case, yes, just page two and your passport.

Got mine back yesterday with Visa inside. Total processing time was 24 weeks.
For the record, my status still says refused on the site.

For the record, I sent mine off today, the status is still "refused":unsure:, I wouldn't worry TBH.

OK, good to know. My instructions state only to use DX. I assume using your own courier is a viable option? Who did you address it to specifically?

A warning to others. You have to submit your passport to DX courier services in person (note the instructions state "2. Travel to a DX office"). This is fine if you live near a large city of choice....

Prepare yourself for a painful call with not much good advice. FYI, there is no actual option for advice at all, I pressed option 3 for appointments and you get through to someone.

When I first applied for an appointment, it was for 6 weeks later, presumably they were really busy at the time (April, holiday season). Someone (Ian I think) advised me to keep refreshing the site...

Had interview in April. Was denied a Visa but recommended for a waiver.

Is there any way I can check the status of the waiver other than just continually checking for the email more or...
