Still more than 50% below Toronto average of $732K.

London is very family orientated with lots of trail ways to cycle on. London is a 6th of the size of Toronto, a bit like comparing Notingham with London UK. There are lots of 2 storey family homes...

Latest update on our recce around south west Ontario.... We visited St Thomas and Strathroy on Sunday and decided both towns were not for us. Both towns are spill overs from London. Not enough...

Yes, we were disappointed in the quality of the kitchens seen. We will probably install a new kitchen when we find the right property.

Thanks for the feedback on transporting your dog. I "landed" yesterday at Pearon airport. now have PR status. Took less than an hour from landing to go through immigration, get my welcome to Canada...

Thanks for the last comment. At 28 We would find Bournemouth dull, but at 55 we love it. The days of going out drinking and partying are long gone. Being both vegans we don't tend to dine out much....

Thanks Collie. We will be staying in an AirBnB renting house in the Old North area on Epworth Ave just 20 minute walk from Gibbons Park. We will definitely have a look around the area you mentioned....
