Skilled visa won't be an option as you don't have enough work experience. You might be better with some kind of student visa option allowing you to train in Australia.

If you are an Indian passport holder, then you need to apply via TRA, not Vetassess.

Only passport holders from UK, South Africa or Ireland can apply via Vetassess as a Plumber.
