Review of eligibility is now 'in progress', but there's nothing to say when that changed, but suspect it was some time early...

We've had another request (dated 20 Nov 17) this time for a medical, so I guess this could be added to the 'Notes' field in the spreadsheet.

The PA creates the MyCIC account, firstly by registering a GCKey account.

This is completely separate to ECAS (which still operates).
