I don't see people as gloating , a few posts expressing frustration at what was considered as Phil being stubborn, but if he takes the comments as gloating that help explain why the advice rejected....

No reason to go back over all the advice you received over a quite a bit of time. You could have left much earlier and avoid much of what you have gone through.
