For information.

Registering a child at the consulate does not speed the passport application up.It has no bearing on proving paternity.

Yes... The Philippine side of the documentation will be passed by Liverpool to be checked by HMPO Bangkok who in turn have to wait for a reply from The Philippines.Both are painfully slow.

If the Philippine side of the operation is being allowed by Bangkok to cause a bottleneck then Bangkok should use their Philippine counterparts to raise concerns in the right places.Ive lived here7...
