Ok. Thanks. I was just afraid that maybe they wouldn't do it because DHS will notice he was denied an immigrant visa. But we waited three years to attempt for him to visit the states after the denial...

The officer knew he was denied an immigrant visa 2013 but still recommended him for the waiver for holiday visa. PS he was granted a holiday visa in 2010 for 1 year.

Can someone please help me? I'm an American citizen and my husband had been denied a green card. That was three years ago. Before that visa was denied, he was granted a year holiday visa in 2010....
