Yes, thankfully. Went over last October. I think we have until 2009 to actually move over permanently.

The agent reckons that the price is reasonable and has put it back up at the same price, I have already reduced it £10k. They told me to paint the dining room to lighten it up a bit,...

Sorry, didn't mean to worry anybody was just going by what the agent said. Have just rang them and spoke to one of their financial advisors, he doesn't even know what she's talking about :confused:...

She has underlined where it says "there will be payments to third parties such as search fees, stamp duty and land registry fees" . I thougt that only the buyer paid these :confused: .

Yes. I thought that too. Maybe it's not called stamp duty but tax on the sale of the house at 2% :confused:

Whatever it is I didn't know anything about it. I can see my money dwindling away...

At least some of us on here are selling now which is a positive thing. Have given up doing everything myself. Got a joiner in today, lol. he's hung a new door for me and is coming back...

Spoke to somebody this morning. They take 12% from the rent and take care of everything such as securing tenants, collecting the rent, inspections etc and maintenance. They will get the repairers...

Well, after talking to kelli28 last night I've decided to have a look at renting mine. I',m going to look into getting a remortgage or something to pay off my debts and some for the initial set up...

You don't wanna recruit me. It's going to take me 6 weeks to get the paint off the laminate and windows.
I've even got it on my amtico fllooring :(
